Treating yourself to a beautiful locket from Lily Blanche – a review

I am a big advocate of treating yourself sometimes and buying yourself a gift, because, there is no one you can ever rely on more than yourself so why not treat yourself? The lockets from Lily Blanche are just that, a perfect treat to buy for yourself. Obviously, they would also be a great gift too, who would you buy one for? Choosing a beautiful locket

Whether you are choosing personalised jewellery for yourself or for someone else, the first thing to consider is the colour. Do you want a gold locket, a rose gold locket or a silver locket? If you are undecided why not look at the ones that combine your favourites?

Do you like a locket with lots of intricate details or something classic and timeless with a more minimal design. What about the shape, do you want to look at hearts, hexagons, ovals or something different? There are so many to choose from at Lily Blanche whatever your style. I also love that they have a variety of chain lengths available so you can choose one that fits your needs perfectly!

The locket I chose

I have a few lockets already, my favourite being one from Lily Blanche, so when they offered me one in return for a review I wanted to treat my sister in law to one instead of getting another for myself! She was absolutely thrilled and chose the Garnet vintage heart locket in silver. I must agree it is a beautiful choice.

With three chain lengths to choose from it was easy to decide where she wanted the locket to hang and then work out the best length for that. There is no point choosing something too long so it is often hidden under clothing, in my eyes.

It was really easy to choose photos for the locket and upload those directly during the ordering process or to select emailing them separately after you have ordered. Having them done for you is so much better than trying to find a photo and having it printed small enough to cut out, don’t you think?

Quality and delivery

In my previous experience with Lily Blanche, the quality has been brilliant so I was not surprised when this arrived in absolutely perfect quality too. The locket is stunning and the personalisation with the photos has been done extremely well.

The locket is well packaged so it arrives safely, untangled and looking perfect. As soon as you open the box you will be blown away with a lovely gift bag and box wrapped with scented tissue paper.

• If you are choosing a product with engraving check the spelling again and again before you order!
• Take your time to choose a locket that will look good with the sorts of clothes you wear.
